Cellulite is the term given to fat deposits just below the skin, typically in the abdomen and lower pelvic region such as the thighs and tush.

Here are some home remedy to get rid of cellulite for best and long lasting results:

1. Dry brushing

Your skin should be dry don't get the scrub wet only brush towards the heart. Making long sweeps avoid back and forth, scrubbing and circular motions. Start at your feet, moving up the legs on both sides, then work from the arms toward your chest. On your stomach, direct the brush counter clockwise. Do not brush too hard. The skin should be stimulated and invigorated but not irritated and red. Do this daily or twice a day right before a shower.

2. Coffee Scrub
The massage and exfoliation benefits skin by stimulating blood/lymph flow and the caffeine in the coffee has a tightening effect.

You will need:
* 1/4 cup coffee grounds
*3 tbsp. sugar or brown sugar
*2-3 tbsp. of coconut oil

Combine to create paste-like consistency, do not use refined coconut oil because it will harden if cooled. Massage to skin for several minutes using firm pressure and wash. Use this 2-3 times a week.

3. Detox bath
Add salt in warm water and soak in bath for 20 mins.. These bath is great for soothing skin irritation and overall detoxing
